1950 Picture of Tryon
Picture below is from an article in the GRIT Newspaper from about 1950. How many of you remember the GRIT? Also, note the building on the left. Do you remember that it was the town Police Station. I'll bet the car parked beside it is a police car.

71 Tigers Start Spring Season
The Tigers always had good golf teams and the 71 season was no different.

The February Tiger Rag had news about the new dress code, the voting age being lowered to 18, and where the class of 71 would be the next year.
